Fruit Pastry Cake

Does this cake look beautiful with its nice color combination of the fruits? When I saw it at HHB's blog, I can't help wow, wow until I baked/tried it myself to see how addicitive the cake was. One slice is not enough .... Go on and indulge in it - its not oily and contains lots of fresh fruits! Thanks HHB for sharing this receipe.

    Hi Family First, thanks for visiting my blog. This cake is quite easy to make. Did you press the fruits down into the batter? You shouldn't but just arrange the fruits and decorate as you desire.
