Steam Fish

I also don't like to clean up greasy stove after cooking. So I am always game for nice steaming dishes and steaming is also healthier. So glad to chance upon this dish at Noobcook.com.



Receipe taken from Noobcook. I have replaced salted vegetables with preserved Sichuan vegetables.

  1. Steaming is definitely less cleaning problem and it's also healthier. Sometimes I microwave if the fish is too big for my steamer. The result is almost the same.
