Ingredients:
100g Plain Flour½ tsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
160g Caster Sugar
100ml Low Fat Yoghurt
2 Eggs
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ tbsp Canola Oil (or Vegetable
Oil)
85g Baked Cashew Nuts (I replaced
with Baked Walnuts)
Method:
1.
Sift
flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together.
2.
Whisk
sugar and eggs together for a while.
Stir in yoghurt, oil and vanilla extract. Add in the sieved dry ingredients and mix
well. Stir in half of the walnuts.
3.
Pour the
batter in a 20cm square baking tray lined with baking paper. Arrange the remaining walnuts on top and bake
in a preheated oven at 1800C for 20 minutes.
Healthy and nice brownies. Look so good!
