Chocolate chip cookies - who can say no to it? I believe both kids and adults would love snacking on these.
Ingredients:
250g butter
120g fine sugar + 100g brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
80g corn flour or corn starch
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
100g almond nis (chopped almonds)
250g chocolate chips

Ingredients:
250g butter

250g chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 degree C or 375 degree F.
- Combine flour, corn start and baking soda in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and beat well. Gradually mix in the flour mixture. Stir in cocoa powder, chocolate chips and almond nibs. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet or parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool on wire racks before serving.
Mmmm...these must be very crunchy and addictive. Can make these cookies for coming Christmas liao.. :D
