This is another easy, stir-fry vegetables I saw in a book. This is one dish which I have enjoyed but was never served at home. ;)
Ingredients:
400g kangkong, cut into sections
1 1/2 tbsp belachan (toasted)
2 tbsp dried shrimps (soaked till soft)
2 chillies (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
Seasonings
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning powder
Method
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry garlic and dried shrimps until fragrant. Add belachan and fry until fragrant. Stir in kangkong and add a little water, combine well briskly over high heat.
- Lastly, add chillies and seasonings to fry until kangkong is soft.
