What say you Ann? Mine is not as smooth as yours because I only melt the choc after I have poured the mixture into the cups. When I add in melted choc, the mixture was like kind of setting and it became quite wrinkled when I stirred the choc. How to improve it, which step had gone wrong? :(
Sorry, you should melt the chocolate first and stir in chocolate when the pudding is hot and you will get a smooth pudding. Hope its still tastes good.
ReplyDeleteThe actual recipe stated chopped chocolate and I'm afraid chopped chocolate is not easy to melt so I changed to melted chocolate instead.
