Ingredients:100g Plain Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
160g Caster Sugar
100ml Low Fat Yoghurt
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ tbsp Canola Oil (or Vegetable Oil)
85g Baked Cashew Nuts (I replaced with Baked Walnuts)
1. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together.
2. Whisk sugar and eggs together for a while. Stir in yoghurt, oil and vanilla extract. Add in the sieved dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in half of the walnuts.
3. Pour the batter in a 20cm square baking tray lined with baking paper. Arrange the remaining walnuts on top and bake in a preheated oven at 1800C for 20 minutes.
