Ingredients:
2 cups True Organic Milk
3 tbsps fine sugar

½ cold water
mixed berries – for garnishing (I used strawberries as I couldn't find any raspberries)
Method
1. Heat milk and sugar in a pan until sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.

mixed berries – for garnishing (I used strawberries as I couldn't find any raspberries)
Method
1. Heat milk and sugar in a pan until sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.
2. Place gelatin powder and cold water in a small heatproof bowl and set this bowl in a pan of hot water (the hot water should only come three-quarter of the way up the sides of the bowl).
3, Stir gelatin mixture until it is completely dissolved. Strain the gelatin mixture into the cooled milk and then stir to mix.
4. Pour into jelly moulds or glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh berries or other fruits before serving.
