Outrageous Orange Jelly

When I saw Anncoo posted her cherry delights, I told myself I must have it.  Her cherry delights were so well captured in photos - so bright and clear and so tempting in this hot weather.  Unfortunately, I can't find the F&N Cheeky Cherrydale in NTUC and since I die-die must have it, I bought the F&N Outrageous Orange sparkling drink, and so this is my outrageous orange jelly!

I must say these little jellies are very nice. Next time, I must try a different flavour. And they are not difficult to make at all.

Recipe Source - Anncoo Journal

Ingredients A
150ml Water
350ml F&N Outrageous Orange
40g Sugar
10g Gelatin powder (soak gelatin in a small bowl with 2 tbsp water)

Ingredients B (Milk Orange)
175ml Water
250ml F&N Outrageous Orange
55g Sugar
10g Gelatin powder (soak gelatin in a small bowl with 2 tbsp water)
75ml Fresh milk or Evaporated milk (to be added last)

Method
Bring Ingredients (A) to almost boil, add soaked gelatin and stir till gelatin dissolved and boil liquid for 2-3 minutes, set aside.

Bring Ingredients (B) to almost boil, add soaked gelatin and stir till gelatin dissolved and boil liquid for 2-3 mins, off heat. Continue to stir liquid to almost cool and add milk into it, mix well.

Prepare 6-8 small glasses. Pour 2-3 tbsp orange liquid into each glass and chill to set for about 10 mins or put in freezer for about 5 mins.

Remove from refrigerator and add 2-3 tbsp milk orange liquid and chill for 10 mins or put in freezer for about 5 mins..

Repeat process until you finished up the orange liquid and chill for 2 hours and serve.
