I saw this dish at Noob Cook and it looks delicious and easy. The prawns look so fresh and appetising so here comes my steamed prawns stuffed with garlic.
For reference of the receipe, you may refer here.
Ingredients:
8 prawns (about 250g)
Garlic about 1/2 to 3/4 bulb, peeled and chopped finely
2 tbsp hua tiao
1/2 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
5 slices ginger
1 - 2 stalks spring onions, cut to 2" length
Method:
Line plate with some ginger and spring onion
Butterfly prawns - use scissor to make tope slit on prawns, remofe veins, cut deeper to maka a cavity. Trim the feelers.
Arrange prawns on top of ginger and drizzle 1 tbsp chinese wine
In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, soya sauce, white pepper, sesame oil and 1 tbsp chinese wine. Fill the prawns with garlic mixture
Steam over high heat until prawns are cooked. Garnish with spring onions.
WOW! The prawns look so inviting, making me hungry again. Very nice clicks!
