Silken Tofu with Oyster Sauce

I have always love tofu dishes and was so glad and happy with this dish. This is the third time I have tried out this dish. Its really good and my family indeed enjoy this just as much as I did. Thanks for Table for 2 or more for sharing this great and healthy dish.

Ingredients
1 Pc silken tofu (about 300 gm)
2 shallots (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp dried shrimp (chopped)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp oil
Green onions and red chilli for garnishing

Method:
1. Place silken tofu on a plate
2. Heat oil and put oil
3. Saute shallots on low heat until golden brown and crispy. Dish out. Retain oil.
4. Put in dried shrimp and fry for a minute or until fragrant, then add oyster sauce.
5. Stir for a while and pour sauce over prepared tofu.
6. Sprinkle on crispy shallots.
7. Garsnish with some chopped green onions and red chillies.
