Stir-Fried Noodles with Dried Scallops

For a change, we decided to have noodles for dinner but I have never fry noodles before. Cooking instant noodles is no sweat. I was actually quite worried what would happen to my noodles so off I went with my marketing to challenge the task of frying noodles.

Lacking in confidence, I asked my mum to try the noodles and she nodded her head and guess how much she ate - 3 bowls of noodles. What an encouragement!! Jia yu lor Yummy Koh - You can do better .... yeah

I have replaced bean sprouts with lettuce and sprinkled some egg omelets.

  1. At first I thought you fried the glass noodle. But this one looks good and the pictures also look tempting. I think if you enlarge the pictures will be better. Your mum must be so happy lor..I think every weekend she'll look forward to your cooking.. ;DD

  2. Thank you Ann. As I have never fry any noodles/beehoon stuff, thought glass noodle more difficult to handle, so change my mind to fry noodles instead. Next change .... will fry the glass noodles. I never know the price difference is so great between small and big dried scallops!! Gosh ...
